The 7.x versions are Perl-only collections of checks targeting the ZAPI - the well established, official NetApp API for Ontap-devices. They can be supplemented by Check NetApp-REST and Check NetApp-SnapCenter which are technically different products.
All of the above mentioned products are covered by the Check NetAppPRO license.
